Royal Mail 1st Class items aim to be delivered the next working day after collection.Compensation may be payable in the event of loss or damage if proof of posting and evidence can be provided. Please note that this service does not provide full tracking. For added reassurance choose our Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class service.

Royal Mail 1st Class (Signed For)

- Royal Mail Signed For 1st class aims to deliver your letter or parcel the next working day and gives you the added benefits of, proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver, the ability to check on line or on your mobile to see when your item has been delivered and compensation cover up to £50 for loss or damage.Compensation may be payable in the event of loss or damage if proof of posting and evidence can be provided. Signed For is not a tracked product but you can use Track and Trace to see an electronic signature free of charge. Urgent or valuable items must be sent using Special Delivery products.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm)

-This is our guaranteed by 1pm delivery service. If your items are purchased before the latest acceptance time (1pm) we guarantee delivery by 1pm the next working day. Guaranteed Saturday delivery is available as an add-on to the Special Delivery service for the urgent items you buy on Friday. Proof of delivery is standard with this service and you can track your item online using our Track & Trace service.

EUROPE/REST OF WORLD:

Royal Mail International Standard

-A cost-effective, reliable standard international service. The service aims to deliver items to Europe within 3 to 5 working days and rest of world destinations within 6 to 7 working days after posting.

- With Royal Mail International Standard service, you cannot track your item online. Where tracking and/or signature is required please see our International tracking & signature services below.

- In the event of loss or damage if proof of posting and evidence can be provided compensation may be possible but this is at the discretion of Royal Mail.

Royal Mail International Signed

-International Signed items gives you added confidence as a signature is captured on delivery. It is available worldwide and the item is only handed over once it has been signed for.

-International Signed items are tracked until the point they leave the UK only.

-The Royal Mail may provide loss or damage compensation of up to £50 with proof of posting and evidence. International Signed is also available with compensation cover up to £250.

Royal Mail International Tracked

-International Tracked items receive priority handling at home and overseas and benefit from an online tracking facility so you can check your items' progress right through to delivery. Please note a signature is not taken on delivery.

-International Tracked items are electronically scanned at 6 different points, in the UK and overseas to the point of delivery. The progress of your item may be viewed online with online confirmation of delivery provided.

-The Royal Mail may provide loss or damage compensation of up to £50 with proof of posting and evidence. International Tracked is also available with compensation cover up to £250.
